Hi I went today to pick up my daughter high school ring from Irmo High School today only to be told to come back at 5:30 when the representative would be present. So I made another trip to school. I know this sounds like no big deal and normally it would be. But my wife has cancer and I am the care giver. My daughter plays sports for Irmo and they had a game so she could not be present. Third we will be out of town when they have representative coming back. And the icing on the cake is the representative told me to come back after the ceremony. He *Mr. Brochu" said 7:30pm. I got there at 7:29 to find everyone gone. Now I know a company can not go into contract with a minor. So right now I don't even want the ring anymore for my daughter. I rather have my 675.00 bucks I paid. I will go to Balfour or Heff Jones for a ring. I had trouble with my daughter college ring also and just had to sent it back. So beware of the smiles and good cheer they give you when they are taking your money. Unprofessional service.
