Beware. Rich does not stand behind his work. I previously had 3 speakers refoamed there. Everything was good so when I needed a Gauss speaker reconed, I took it to him. I paid him $137 and too the speaker home. I immediately tried it and the voice coil summed and the speaker was distorting. Was powered with high end Crown macrotech 2402 amplifier. I recorded the sound then returned to sound remedy. He said he couldn't hear anything wrong . it was plane as day it was rubbing. Two days later he calls me and tells me to pick up my speaker there is nothing wrong with it. He stood at the door, hands me the speaker and says dont come back! I don't need this aggrivation! I said are you banning me ? He said "YES"! WHAT! I said why? He said I dont like your attitude!!! I never said two words to this guy that was inflamitiry or anything that was rude or any yelling , nothing for him to treat me that way. He refused to give me my money back. So now I'm out $137 and have a speaker that does not work. Save yourself the aggrivation and money and do not use this guy to recone your speakers!
