I tried to let this go. But something needs to be said. I did not have a good experience. Friday afternoon I made arrangements to collect my vehicle from this company. Since they had my property beginning Wednesday morning at 9am, I regretfully assumed the job would be completed and ready to write a check so I could run my personal errands. First of all, the 'owner' was not there and left Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb to handle customers. Finding that my truck wasn't complete, paperwork wasn't filled out so I could just PAY AND GO, and told to wait 20 minutes until someone showed up to take my money..... Let's just say my patience had wore thin and my irritable side glared a little sharp. And to boot, Tweedle Dee had taken my keys and put them across the shop (guessing so I couldn't just leave). Then the two Tweedles start vacuuming my vechile. Why? WHY isn't this done? 20 more minutes later I finally get to write my check and they can't find my keys... Me yelling by now, "because he took them over there!!!" (Pointing because I keep track of my property!) I get in and leave. Trying so so hard not to flip and loose my temper. Suddenly, barely out of their driveway... I realize. MY ASS IS WET. WHY THE HELL IS THIS STILL WET! 3 days. Not worth the money. And I feel robbed. Final straw. I debated about reviewing this online for days. But my bones tell me this: If you never speak up and say something, the behavior will never change.
