For a father and son shop this company cannot figure out a key part of owning a business; COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have placed 4 calls just in the month of April just to find out what was happening with our chainsaw since we dropped it off in March. I was told that i had to wait on a chain break assembly BEFORE they would give me a QUOTE. I called on Friday and was told that they had no clue what what going on with my chainsaw and that i would get a call back on monday. No phone call was received and today (wednesday) I received a call saying that my chainsaw was ready to be picked up and my total was going to be $xxx.xx. When I asked how since i was STILL waiting on a quote they dismissed anything I said saying they had no idea. They followed the conversation by hanging up on me. I will not refer anyone to this company for the lack of customer service.
