No customer consideration! When they told me they do stone chip repairs between other repairs I expressed concern about being at work, so they set up an appointment at 8 am when they opened. I got there early, waited 30 minutes and they never started on my vehicle. When I expressed concern about making it to my 9:30 appointment they just offered me my car keys to leave, said they were doing this 'between jobs' What was the point of an 8 am appointment--what jobs--the guy who came in and left his vehicle for a 2 hour repair? I was supposed to wait 2 hours?
