Worst company ever. I had an accident on the 5 fwy and I called my car company to tow my car. The tow truck arrived and lead me to believe that they were the company that my car company sent. They had the car on their truck when I figured out that they were not the tow company that I had ordered a tow with. When I confronted the tow driver, he immediately starts to state why I legally cannot get another company to come and get my car now which leads me to believe that this is a common thing for them. So they tow my car to their yard because now they can charge you a ridiculous amount of storage fees for the storage of your car. Joan in the office made it extremely difficult to allow my insurance company to pick up the car. They will do anything to hold onto your vehicle so they can charge you storage fees that are ridiculous. Stay away from this company if you don't want to have to pay their huge storage fees.
