I just moved back to DC after spending 4.5 years in Africa working with a NGO. I was happy to learn my previous landlord Steve Tsintolas had not retired and was was still in business. His firm offered me an apartment in the Brightwood neighborhood which had just been remodeled, and at a special reduced rate for the first year. I love my new place, it is clean, quite and I have great neighbors - many who have been living in the building for over 10 years... Glad to be back in DC
