We are a Title 32 Colorado Special District with an approved service plan for water, wastewater, roads, parks and infrastructure. We primarily operate water and wastewater systems that serve our vlaued customers in the Upper Black Squirrel Basin, which is located approximately ten minutes east of Colorado Springs.

Not exactly a fan. we have had problems with one of the staff being very rude with myself as well as my family. we had a line break at our house. and the person there could not care any less. after 3 hours of trying to get water turned off to avoid my house from flooding they refused to go out 5 mins after closing time to get water turned back on...... and i have an 8 month pregnant wife we need water but this company doesn't care all they care about is their money. wish there was another company i could go to because this is the most disrespectful company i have ever dealt with.
