I would suggest that nothing is sacred when using William P Rainey. He is the cruelest person living. Has no regard for people as human beings, just a person of such actions that are not necessary to make a point with a witness. In your face, screaming, non-ethical practices of exposing depositions that were not submitted to court for public knowledge, and witness never called for trial to testify. But, he will show anyone coming in his office the deposition that was taken in his office, disclosing information that could be harmful or embarrass a person just because he thinks he is ruler of all. He will be reported by me to the Ethics Board for Arkansas Lawyers. If you want someone that will use every dirty little trick in the book and run over people and demean them (this also reflects on the person you are is you hire him) then hire him. If you want someone with integrity go somewhere other than his office.
