I was really worried about choosing a company to fix a garbage disposal drain problem while watching my daughter's house in Poway. I didn't want to get overcharged, or have someone I couldn't trust in her home. Ken....from Ken's Drain service came out the same day I called, quoted me a price for a suspected problem, stayed a couple of hours longer to fix the more complicated problem, apologized that the charge was going to be a little more than quoted.....and it was only a LITTLE more, and gave me tips on how to avoid the problem again. He was quick, honest,polite, professional, local, and was of the generation of men who really CARE about the quality of work they do. Wow!
