Cattle for the production of beef

I spent the first 1/3 of my working career in the corporate world, it was good. The second 1/3 of my working career I spent operating two pizza restaurants; it was great, but the pace got to be a bit much for me. So now I start the final 1/3 of as a cattle rancher.
