I have just recently started with you folks, but the help desk needs to be able to work with new guys in a better fassion. I talked with one of them about a on line way to learn the program for service writing. they sent me something online that i could not open or use. I like working at the williston center, I just feel that if I could be able to study this program at my leasure in my home I could be more productive at work and not feel that I may be hinduring the service department.
