I was just speaking with Vana, who has helped me resolve a problem with a new RCA wireless headphone set I received through Amazon from a distributor. The problem was as with a subsequent pair that I recently had to return, I could not budge the battery compartment door to install the batteries. After speaking to someone else she informed me that she was sending me a return label and would send me a set with the batteries already installed. I would like to thank anyone involved in this for your assistance in coming to this decision as even though I have a very expensive set of hearing aids, I still need these to enjoy TV.
