This company should receive 0 stars. They have terrible customer service, and dishonesty abounds. Techs arranged service and then canceled. Machinery arrived damaged beyond use. After return, it has been well over a month and a half and the credit still has not been given by the vendor. There is no excuse for that. Calls and emails are mostly ignored, and countless excuses are provided but no solutions. All they have to do is provide the honest credit they owe as goods are back in their possession, yet they refuse to do so. Buyer Beware.
