This "non-profit" is profiting on the back of the people. Worse company ever. They hire minorities for quotas, and literary ask for our race every week just to show they have hired minorities. Yet, they have self-imposed internal policies that prevent anyone from a disadvantaged background from obtaining a management position, regardless of how qualified they may be. Their office is in South Sacramento, but the vast majority of their management and Board are European. This entire company is a fraud. They asked for my feedback, and I told them that the policies were discriminatory. Not only did they not want to hear that, but they also wanted me to help them write those very same policies. They want minorities to do the work while they get the title, the credit, and the money. If we are not qualified for the management positions, how are we qualified to write management policies? Why would we write policies against ourselves? They really must think that we are stupid. The only minorities that have remained there are the ones that are too broken to consider the fact that they are being used. I guess the organization thinks that we should be happy to get the crumbs off the Master's table. Shame on anyone who funds them, supports them, or considers them an honest organization.
