DO NOT BUY FROM BILL HENDERSON OR PLEASANTVIEW WINDOWS - THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTIES - IF YOU TRY TO USE THEIR WARRANTY THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS VOID UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A HOUSE FULL OF WINDOWS - Their windows are not backed by wood or steel. Also, they try to bait and switch....i read about this in another review for pleasantview windows in warren michigan, but I didnt believe it. After they installed the window, they tried to charge me an additional $150 for custom installation...STAY CLEAR FROM THESE GUYS - NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTIST ON 9 MILE
