O lord where do I start with this company, Just don't that's all I can say. We sold our house in 02/2024, We paid up front cash for our double wide. The footers were not even put in untill 05/2024. Then whey were going to put in septic tank, Dave calls and says our guy is going to have 7 to 8 more thousand dollars to put it in, so we replied that we would pay for septic ourselves , I think they wanted almost 12 thousand dollars to put in the septic tank. Finally on April 26, they poured the footers, Double wide delivered on May 2, 2024. After all this time waiting for our home, the contractors he sent were needless to say not professionals. First they were going to run the water line in one piece and they had to wait to order it and said it would be in 2 days later, well it came and it was about 8 different pieces. Which now we will always have to worry about water leaks in a hundred different places. Before the guy finished the water line and underpinning, he came one day at around 11:30 to 12:00, which that is the time he always showed up. One of his female helpers gets out of the truck and throws up in my neighbor's yard. So we had them leave. A lot of drug use going on. Also this contractor could not come up with his license number for building inspector. We have literally been through hell. They sent another contractor out that finished the water lines and almost finished underpinning. He left the end open, I guess for a door or something, In discussion with the office, they asked if we wanted porches built and we said build whatever to get it to pass inspections, also they promise gutters too. Now the company says no porches, but the company are the people that got building permit and had to submit a building diagram and it has 2 porches on it, which they are refusing to build. We started out a Horizons in Kingsport, but ended up in Norton because of a better style of double wide, They are both the same. We slept on my daughter's couches months waiting, I cant even get home owners insurance without porches. This company does not care about there customers , they are just worried about the bottom line, Money. We have been through hell since February. No remorse. The guy in the office always has an excuse for why the work is not being done and he has told me if his employees show up , that they can't find people to work. I could go on and on. Please just don't make the same mistake we did. And the home is really not built that well anyway.
