Freds Applaiance was recommended by LG through HH Gregg. They gave us a day and a 3 hour window when they would arrive. A autotmated call from Freds Applaince alerted us that the Service man was on his way and his name.. A little trouble with this service because we were notified five times in five minutes. A electronic problem no doubt.The service man on arrival identified himself and resolved our problem.He was quick ,efficient and clean. Would ask for Fred's Appliance again.
