I have been with Ameri Gas in Fallon for many years and have always been treated well, for which I have always been very appreciative, but I never have said so in writing. Thank you, everyone-- from the propane drivers to the wonderful maintenance guys and Kris, who clarifies questions when I am confused and always solves my problems in a friendly and efficient way. Today I am writing my thanks in response to James's and Kris's excellent service skills. They both deserve recognition for going above and beyond to be sure I did not have a gas leak on a Friday night and that I received a new water heater. I commend James, first of all, for coming to check on a possible propane leak on a Friday night on 4/9 "The (Ameri Gas) Guys," most recently, James, have been working on different problems in this old double-wide since 2000, and they stay until they find and fix the problem, which James did that night. He also enlightened me to facts about propane that will help me to help myself in the future. In addition, he told me about about Ameri Gas's water heater program. I applied for it on 4/2 or 4/3. James delivered the water heater on 4/5 or 4/6 and inspected its installation on 4/11. Impressive service by anyone's standards! Kris, who I called to inquire about the water heater program on Monday, 4/ 2 or Tuesday, 4/3, I commend for getting the work order going despite the fact that she had many other deadlines to meet and priorities to attend to.
