Do not go to work here if you would like to be a welder. EXTREMELY limited, and very buddy buddy. They say they are like a family. This couldn't be further from the truth. I can not stress how limited it is- same supervisor for 35 years. Don't waist your time. They wasted 3 months of mine. Told me everyday how well I was doing for 90 day. Went in for a "eval" released me on the spot. With zero explanation. New welders beware they will take full advantage of you. Just stay away. This is not a good company and they have horrible benefits and think they are top notch. This company is a cancer stay away
