I'm not pleased with their cust. care service...they do not follow up with your calls about defected equipment.....have so far called 5x..still waiting for a resolution....want to give them a chance to take care of this situation before writing them off as the worst office supply business, want to leave a positive rating if possible.....I will give hopefully some better news SOON!

Mybinding.com advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26, 2014, I called for a tracking number and status on shipping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding.com that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through PayPal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill.

The machine is easy to use and the finished product looks great. Very professional looking. Lots of binding options interms of colors and covers, and shipping of replacement strips is fast. We switched from using 3 ring binders to this binding system several months ago and so far are very happy.
