We just put in a new bathroom and my design ladies contracted with Bath Concepts for the shower door. I met them for the first time when the owner, Larry, came out to measure the space. He was extremely nice and discussed all my options. They scheduled the installation approx 10 days from the day the doors were ordered. Installation went fine. The door looked spectacular. Well, all was fine until we actually used the shower and noticed water was leaking out. When I called Bath Concepts, I was told, "well, we're not surprised because the installation guys noted that the threshold was built with the slope going away from the shower instead of into the shower." (I wish the bath concepts guys mentioned this to us before they installed the doors...). Well, long story short - Bath Concepts has been in constant contact with several suggestions on how to fix our problem without having our contractor rebuild the threshold. While our problem isn't solved yet, we have been very impressed with Bath Concepts' professionalism, service attitude and follow-up. They're completely standing by us, even though none of the water leakage had anything to do with their product or their installation. Now, our contractor on the other hand.......
