I paid for 3 filters and received 1. The company that they have "helping" them screwed up royally and therefore has stolen money from me. I run a motel and I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Don't delay folks. Get them where it counts. They don't respond with tracking numbers or let you know that the product is back ordered. Not sure how they run things in Tennessee, but every other state CARES about their customers and keeping good comments in order to stay in business. Guess these people don't CARE to stay in business.

Right now I would never buy a Goodman product again. spend right at 3,000.00 for a 4 ton 13 seer air unit that had no freeon when it left the factory. So far I have had nothing but headaches and no help. We bought this unit brand new . And I can not get any help for some reason. We bought this unit May 3,2012 it never did blow cold air, so we just cut it off and call for some one to check it out on May 10, 2012 it had no freeon, it was put in at a cost to us of $220.00, it ran good for a couple of weeks but the air keept getting warn air, so we cut it off , I have call everyone but no help. In my opinon we got the shaft. So much for Goodman products.
