I used Jeff Alexander's yard service a few times and he always did a great job. Recently I asked him to cut back the shrubs and take care of a dead branch on a tree in the yard. He told me he would take care of it but never did. I have called him numerous times and he never returns my phone calls. It's been four weeks since the initial request and nothing yet. He did not follow through with his promise of work. Please be weary of scheduled work--not dependable.
