I found him on line, & took my father’s Westminster mantel clock May of 09. A year or so later the clock chime malfunctioned again so I called him. He fixed I for me over the telephone. He came to mind because the chime is not functioning again (Jan. 2013). He was older when I met him; I was surprised he is still listed and I will take my clock to him again if necessary.
