I have been having a lot of broken tea bags recently. What is going on? Should i complain at the store where I bought the tea? Un happy tea drinker

I had a great experience with southern tea. I got a chance to meet, and learn from some really great staff members. However, I think the probation period for temp employees should be shortened to four to six weeks. I think that's more than enough time to determine if a temp employee is the right fit for the job. I speak on behalf of myself when I say some temps are in school, and some even have other jobs. The point I'm trying to make is, its hard for a man to work two jobs full time and attend school for three months straight. This is almost impossible for even the most seasoned veterans. eighteen hours a day for three months is a lot on anyone. As an employer you should want your employees temp or permanent at 100% every time they come to work. This was the dilemma I was faced with working eighteen hours a day for a month straight. My body began to shut down on me. I really wanted to be a permanent employee, but my body would not allow me to work eighteen hours a day for another two months straight through. I am an ambitious young man who's work ethnic is un paralleled once I learn what the requirements are for the job I'm required to do. I really wish southern tea had a shorter probation period. This would have allowed me to vacate my other full time job, and focus all my attentions on becoming one of southern teas most prominent employees. You guys have a great staff, and I wish I could have been a Permanent part of it. Thanks for the experience! Lamar Bailey
