This company ranks 0 in customer service. My contractor went into the store,
spoke to a sales person and demonstrated the exact product he wanted. I
prepaid as requested. The wrong product was delivered . The company refuses
to cooperate in any way to resolve this problem. I have made every attempt to work
with Bud but he refuses. Learn from my mistakes. Do not do business with this
company. Buyer beware. NEVER prepay. NEVER do business with APW.
