Reconsider if you're planning on ordering from Global Sales Inc. If your good should arrive damaged they won't respond to your emails or calls to remedy the situation- you'll be on your own. Let me tell you our story. We purchased kitchen island countertop from Global Sales, informed them of the damage once we found out. They initially tried to blame the freight forwarder, Sea Venture. But when Sea Venture came to investigate, they found out that the countertop was not crated properly. Since then we haven't heard from Global Sales and it's been 4 months and counting, just crickets basically. We had 2 cabinets damaged in the same order and they were quick to reorder because Sea Venture decided to pickup the tab. But when they were told they didn't pack this countertop well, no response. I have made numerous calls, sent numerous emails, sent Youtube videos of what we found. Anytime I call to speak to the boss, Jeff Collins, he's always in a meeting or on the phone. Beware and stay away from them, it doesn't matter how much they say you'll safe, look for a more reputable company to deal with. When I posted my review on Facebook, I finally heard from Jeff the same day. He promised for the sake of good customer service to get back the following day on how to remedy the situation. It's been 4 days since then, and I am yet to hear back. As mentioned, you are not going to get good customer service for this customer if something should go wrong with your order.
