This chiropractic office was originally established in Orange Beach in 2000. At that time it did business as Back on Track Chiropractic & Wellness Center. In June of 2005, Dr. Steven Gravely joined the team. After just 6 months, Dr. Gravely bought out the business and thus Gravely Chiropractic P.C. was born. Dr. Gravely continued to do business as Back on Track until January of 2012. Since that time, the business has been known as Gravely Chiropractic & Wellness Center.
