This club is a TRUE fitness center. They are fully staffed with an amazing team of managers, trainers, group fitness instructors, daycare and birthday party staff! This club has a great "Young at Heart" program, swim instruction for children, a large variety of group classes, small group training, a terrific child care program, a pool- aqua classes too! The owners of Fitness First are invested in every aspect of the gym, even teaching classes! It is overall an amazing fitness facility! I am proud to be a member of their wonderful "family!"
