Since Simon left the service is inconsistent and at times the workers are rude. They did not properly fix a problem on my car and when I brought it back in to have them take a look they told me that they didn't even need to drive it, that I was wrong. Very poor customer service and putting customers safety at risk. I ended up taking it to the dealer who confirmed that the repairs were done incorrectly and I had to pay to have them done properly.

I have had an alternator replaced on a Jeep and brake lines on a Buick and am extremely pleased with the work. I find Simon, owner and mechanic, personable, fair in pricing, and, most importantly, honest. Jack Mitnick, Southport
