Lindley Mills, Inc. is an organic specialty flour mill and mix manufacturer serving bakers, processors, distributors, and restaurants. We are located in central North Carolina at the site of the 1755 water mill built by Pennsylvania Quaker and settler Thomas Lindley. Our milling capabilities include different granulations and extraction rates of wheats, rye, spelt, corn, and other grains. All of our products are organic certified by Oregon Tilth and Kosher certified by OK Labs.

Pat Barbour
We were there last fall and purchased a case of your oak bran muffin mix and distributed them to family members. My grandmother was a Lindley from Indiana. We believe we are decendents of Thomas...the one who originally started the mill...those who left N. C. and located in Indiana. My great grandfather was John Wesley Lindley. I am interested in knowing where the muffin mix can be found in the Cincinnati/NKY area. Everyone in our family really likes this muffin mix and even my husband can make them. We can get the King Arthur flour at Krogers but want the muffin mix if you can help me. Enjoyed seeing the area when we were there and would like to travel there again altho' we are both in our 80's.
