This was the worst experience ever!! I can not believe how rude these people are. I have in-home service but they could not repair it. They said if I allowed them to "take it in" it would be a faster repair. When it was finally ready- they told me to come get it myself. When I said I needed it dropped off, they would not give me a date or time. The man hung up on me when I tried to get an appointment to return my TV!!!! They are horrible!!!
