I purchase a lot of fencing over the years. I've been all over dealt with all kinds until here lately. Then I found these folks. These people have it going on. Friendly, honest, a nice Christian business, great products, and they don't kill you on prices. They treat you they way a person likes to be treated as a customer. However, You can see what a business owner is truly made of when you see them handle the adversity of a foul mouthed, hard to deal with customer We all had to wait, a few minutes, Ms. Carpenter told us that, obviously, there were trucks everywhere. But today 12-19-14. I witnessed first hand the integrity these folks have. We all have had them kinds of horrible customers, now and again. unfortunate but true Mrs. Carpenter and you handled Mr. Jones ( I think that was his name) perfectly! A hard to please person too picky and too cranky, too impatient to wait his turn. He smarted off to the loader man, which he didn't know was the owner too. Mr. Carpenter just told him there was plenty to pick from he didn't have time to cut a bundle of post, but the man wasn't happy the man started yelling and cussing he was advised to just go back to the office and get his refund. He cussed acted awful, when he got to the office, Mrs Carpenter just advised not to talk that way in her office, handed him his refund, obviously he showed his maturity the way he fishtail out of the gate sling and peppering everybody and vehicle with gravel, I bought the post he didn't all 15~
