your company installed a roof on my house approximately 7 years ago. a leak has developed and i called you.. someone came out and said my roof had a ten year guarantee. he inspected the roof and said i would be hearing from him in a week or so to schedule the repairs. that was in late October. i never heard from him. I called again in November, December, and again in January. It is now February 1, i tried calling again this evening. I called in the evening because every time i called during the day i got a voice mail and no one ever returned my calls. now i got the voice mail again at 9:30 PM. Since no one ever returns my calls i am resorting to this method in the hope that this action will initiate a response. I just don't know what else to do. Please call me so we can make arrangements to have these repairs done before the spring rains.
