I like Arbys but NOT the location in NEW HAVEN, Indiana. I have stopped the past 3wks @ the same time: 6:15am and 1st visit food was handed to me & window slammed shut w/o a word! 2nd visit sandwich missing cheese & coffee missing creamer (and no, there was none in the bag either) & today/3rd visit potato cakes were burnt beyond edible! So - no more wasted time & $'s I wil ldrive a little further enroute to work and visit another location or another fast food chain that @ least can say "thank you". Cheryl
