Initial price was good and competitive with today's market. Then the fun began!! Mediocre work and up charges everywhere on every scope of work regarding excavating and materials. Mr. Abbott lacks professionalism and willingness to do satisfactory work to please the customer. Save yourself the headache and hire the other contractor. Mr. Abbott's provided poor workmanship, missed deadlines, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and overall dissatisfaction with the services provided. Not to mention issues with pricing, cleanliness, and customer service.
