We provide certified instruction based on the National Restaurant Association ServSafe?? Essentials Program. Successful completion of our 15 hour class and exam qualifies you for the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Chicago Department of Public Health Food Service Manager certificates. Classes are held at University of Illinois Student Center West.
