I am the owner of Sheppard Law Offices. I updated our telephone system with the help from John. His service and knowledge is truly outstanding. His prices are very reasonable and he is up-front with all costs. John has helped me work with AT&T and Time Warner Cable to make the transition as smooth as possible. He installed our phone system very promptly and when I asked him to come out to my Columbus office to teach us the system he kindly obliged, and he answered all of my staff and my questions. There is no doubt I would recommend John for phone system, phone service, IT work, etc. He's even helped me with problems with my office and personal computers. He's GREAT! Ken Jr.

I believe all small business should have business phone service. If you are one or two employee company or in business where all your staff is on the road, then you don't really need a business line. Just get a business phone service and it will work on top of your staff personal cell phones. When they receive a call, it will indicate that it is a business call on their call display so they can answer it professionally. All your staff can have their own professional voicemail system. Sure is good to have someone like John who will answer a question and (most of the time) I can understand what he is talking about.... Make me (77 years) feel I am able to use a computer and do a fair job .. Many Thanks John
