Terrible customer service. Ron refuses to follow up on his work and refuses to replace or repair anything that he personally guarantees. He will not return phone calls, texts, or respond to letters of complaint. Very disappointed in what we thought was a reputable family business. we had to hire Lawn Pros to repair Ron's work . They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
