Common Place College
I had gone through a lot of trouble trying to book with Phantom. I called at least three times and sent an email to no avail. I needed to change and then book my quote. On my last call the owner answered who immediately told me they did not have anyone to host my event. After I tried to talk this through I was interrupted continually while talking. The demeanor of the conversation Wass that the issue was mine not theirs, a complete inability to listen and strategize solutions, and in the end hung up on me! If that is how Phantom treats customers I can't imagine that the equipment or service will be good. She complained about having no employees but who would want to work for her?

Had Phantom Entertainment help me plan a birthday party for my husband. We had a Monte Carlo casino night, the staff in the office we every helpful in organizing and the dealers that came out to the event were spectacular! The room looked just like the inside of a Vegas Casino! We had a great time and you should have seen the look on my husband's face when he saw that they had put his face on all the play money! I would definitely recommend for all your entertainment needs.
