I have had the worst experince with ALban Place and there staff. I moved in Dec 7th 2009 the lady at the desk signed the paper for nov 30th. I move in right away and was shocked at the place i was moving into. The carpets smelled like dog piss and the carpet was natted to the ground and was also ripped, nails wore sticking up. In the kitchen the title was not put in properly some spots wore missing. I told Alban Place about this and was told this would be fixed. I was Single mother of one child and needed a place so i stayed. After being there one month my washer broke the maintance guy came to fix it and asked me if my water is running i adivsed him no. He then showed me that my tolit was broke and had a leak a month later i got my water bill 3,000 dollars. Due to there fault appliance i had to pay 3,000 dollars in full. In october of 2010 my townhouse was broken into by our neighbor i had several items taken. They do not do a good job of making sure you are safe, they allow anyone to rent. When it came to me moving out i thought we wore under the aggrement i could have my stuff out by dec 7 since thats went i moved in i was 8 months pregannt and trying to move everything all at once was hard. On dec 4th i get a call that they are calling a dump truck to move my stuff. I had about 3 bags of trash that need to be put out the next day and i had a 3,00 dollar painting some shoes and computer in the house. a dump truck was not needed. they now say i owe them which is a lie
