I purchased a projector from Tams online and went in and picked it up. The staff was very friendly and all around happy people. They had a wide selection of electronics new and used at desirable prices which will have me returning in the future. I paid for the projector and was on my way. When I got home I hooked it all up and it runs like a dream couldn't be happier. BUT then I realized I was given the wrong projector and the one I had was definitely a superior model than the one I had paid for. It may have been a bit difficult but I called them up to let them know, because I would hope for the same from my customers. They identified the mistake and said that I could keep the one I had (double the value of the one I had intended to purchase). Now I don't share this so people will go and hope to cash in on a mistake but so that others will see how great TAMS is for business. They care about their customers satisfaction and have great products. I highly recommend them!!
