Started in 1984 by Thano Adamson and his parents John & Dina to sell uncle Tony's tile made in Mexico. As the company grew MTW focused on hand-made, custom, unusual tiles from primarily the United States and select countries in Europe and Asia. Thano's sister joined the company in 1997 as General Manager and lead designer.
