After much research, I chose to have my car fixed at M and M after an accident that occurred out of state. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault, and so, his insurance was covering damages to my car. The estimator at M and M was aware of this situation, and was given all the information to contact the other driver's insurance to ensure that all damages were covered. Of note, every time I had called M and M to get an update, the first question they ask you is "What insurance is it through?" My vehicle was ready to be picked up; after calling to confirm this fact, I was told that it would be ready within an hour- no other information was given. I was dropped off to pick up my car, only to find out that they would not release my vehicle to me. It turns out that the estimator had not followed up with the other driver's insurance and therefore M and M had not received any confirmation of payment from that insurance company. The estimator admitted to this fact and stated that he was at fault for not following through with the insurance. M and M would not release my vehicle to me without payment. The owner had overheard the conversation and was of no help. He was dismissive, rude, and was unwilling to resolve the payment issue that his employee had admitted fault for. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told that "one bad review wouldn't matter. That day I paid for everything in order to have my vehicle released to me as I needed it for transportation. I was disappointed with the poor customer service here and the lack of accountability that the owner had on behalf of his employees. I will not be using this company again in the future nor recommending them to anyone.
