On March 17, 2017, the DC Small Claims Court awarded my case against Capital District Security to me. Mr. Hughes never showed up in court and on two occasions requested a continuance. The judge finally got tired of Hughes efforts to delay the process and ruled in my favor. Now that I have the ruling, I will continue to pursue Hughes for reimbursement of my deposit. Do not forget, he is unscrupulous, has had numerous bankruptcies, and had his home foreclosed. Do not trust him. He only looking for money.

Warning - avoid this store. Robert refused to refund my money after I cancelled my order before installment. I took him and the store to court and won a judgement. Robert defied the judge and refused to pay. He is a scammer. Go somewhere else for your needs.
