I have to say, I have never had better customer service. I had never met Jeff Feild before but bought some carpet for an office space in my basement consisting of two rooms and a large hallway.This was on a friday. I am a mediator and had clients coming the very next morning. He was booked out for a week for installations so I asked him if I could just lay the carpet myself without the glue. He went above and beyond. Jeff came the same day, stayed until midnight, on a friday night, enlisting his son to help. We had the office ready for clients by 9 am. He has 5 crews to install and doesn't normally do it himself but came and gave his guys a break. I so highly recommend Jeff for his integrity and work ethic. He is also very personable. Thanks Jeff!
