The Visalia Rescue Mission is a local non-profit organization. We serve the local community by providing a homeless shelter for men, women and children; we sleep on average 120 people each night and serve three meals a day; 365 days a year. We are currently serving approximately 515 meals each day; over 190,000 meals in 2011! We rely heavily on volunteers from our local communities to support our work within a hurting sector of our society. We are funded entirely by donations from local churches, businesses and individuals. The Visalia Rescue Mission owns and operates Rescued Treasures Thrift Store on Mooney Blvd. and Simply Chic B
