The property, Andover Apartments located at 6018 Andover Blvd., in Garfield Heights, Ohio rating is poor. Upon entering the building I immediately thought there's no way I would rent here. Tenants mailbox doors are either hanging inside the boxes or just missing, which means all personal mail is exposed where anyone entering the building can see it. The carpet have big black, nasty spots all over from the first to the third floor, which smells terrible. Someone who is in a position to correct this situation need to do so immediately. This is not acceptable, and shouldn't be. Thank you.
