Jay is a very professional and knowledgeable A/C and Heating service technician. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate on a repair. He also offered other options without being pushy. He came out on a Saturday, at the last minute, to help get our system up and running. I really like the fact that he does all the work himself. I would highly recommend Jay Payne.
